1. scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern participation in the affiliate program of the online store FDM-Druckservice (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. eligibility to participate
Participation in the affiliate program is only open to traders. The provider reserves the right to refuse or remove participants from the program without giving reasons.
3. calculation of commission
A commission of 5% of the net turnover will be credited for each successfully brokered transaction that takes place via the participant’s affiliate link. Net sales are the amount less value-added tax, returns and cancellations. The provider reserves the unrestricted right to change the percentage of commission payments at any time without informing the participants separately. Changes come into force immediately after their publication on the provider’s website. Net sales for transactions generated before the change came into effect remain unaffected by the changed percentage.
4. disbursements
Payouts are made exclusively to commercial participants. The participant undertakes to provide the provider with the information required for the payout. Payment is made on the basis of the commission credits generated each month.
5. submission of invoices
Before the commission is paid out, the participant is obliged to present the provider with a proper invoice for the outstanding payment amount. The invoice must contain the information required by law.
6. liability
The provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence on the part of the provider.
7. changes to the GTC
The provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Participants will be notified of changes by e-mail and these will come into force 14 days after notification, unless the participant objects to the change within this period.
8 Term and termination
Participation in the affiliate program is for an indefinite period. Both parties have the right to terminate the affiliate program at any time without giving reasons. Commission claims already acquired remain unaffected by the termination.
9. final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
